The Nazareth Space Center exists to close the opportunity gap for Arab students in Israel. We teach the skills schools don't — building, coding, engineering — and put students in front of the people who hire, invest in, and fund the next wave of technology.
Falcon Eye isn't a one-off event — it's the flagship program of the Nazareth Space Center, the Arab-led space and astronomy center in Nazareth. The Center writes the curriculum, trains the instructors, and runs the competition end to end.


Dr. Abdallah Khutaba
An educator from Nazareth, Dr. Abdallah Khutaba founded the Nazareth Space Center in 2020 to bring hands-on space science and engineering to Arab students in Israel. Under his direction the Center builds small satellites in its own lab and mentors school teams from first circuit to final showcase — turning curiosity about the sky into real engineering skill.
A year-long journey where school teams learn, build, and compete. Weekly instructor-led sessions on hardware and software, mentorship from working engineers, and a final capstone project presented on a national stage.

Teams design and build a real, working final project. Prototypes get broken, rebuilt, and pushed until they hold up under public scrutiny.
Projects are presented to judges from Israel's tech industry, investors, business owners, and the President of Israel. Winning teams take home prizes and a résumé line that opens doors.
On June 14, 2026, our winning teams presented in front of high-tech companies, investors, business owners, and the President of Israel. Three of the winning schools were coached in-house by our own instructors.

We're currently accepting schools for the 2027 cohort. Space is limited — we work closely with a small number of schools each year to keep quality high.
Any Arab-sector school in Israel with students aged 14–18.
We provide the curriculum, instructors, hardware kits, and mentorship.
You provide a committed teacher liaison and a room to meet weekly.
